When I was coming up with flavours and recipes for ice cream week, I knew I didn’t want the typical vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate, strawberry, etc. I wanted unusual, over the top delicious, oh so decedent and indulgent. This recipe idea came to me as I was watching TV.
